Summary
Icon Real Estate Team is on the lookout for a talented Listing Specialist to become part of our vibrant team. Applicants must hold an active real estate license and have successfully completed at least nine transactions within the past year.
As a Listing Specialist, you'll enjoy the advantage of having our Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) book listing appointments directly into your Calendly. In most markets, this translates to securing 3-7 listing appointments weekly. To ensure you have a substantial number of listings to handle, we limit our hiring to two specialists per market.
We provide you with Brivity, an advanced CRM, to help you cultivate and grow your business. Furthermore, our experienced Transaction Coordinator will assist you with documentation and compliance tasks. Our team operates on an opportunity-driven model, meaning as you expand, we expand with you, offering continuous opportunities to support your growth as a Realtor.

Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in Brivity Technology
Qualifications
