Job Summary :
The Marketing Manager will coordinate, develop, and oversee online and traditional marketing budget, marketing strategy and campaigns to increase sales and revenue for ICONA and Mahalo hotels and resorts as well as ICONA restaurants and bars.
Essential Functions

- Directs and implements the organization's advertising and promotional activities
- Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
- Identifies new market segments that are seeking accommodations, dining experiences, weddings, or corporate events
- In conjunction with our agency partners, prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research
- Oversees, edits, and approves all work done by creative and media agencies including, but not limited to, websites, SEO, email marketing campaigns, google ads, metasearch, meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads and organic strategy / content, print ads, photo and video shoots
- Reports campaign results to directors, addressing any questions or concerns
- Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities
- Works with revenue manager, F&B teams, and GMs to develop specials and packages to encourage additional stays and F&B revenue
- Maintains knowledge on emerging hospitality trends and outlooks
- Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques
- Assists with development of the organization's website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy
- Maintains ICONA's relationships with a number of 3rd party contacts including, but not limited to, digital and creative agencies, software representatives, local chambers of commerce, local publications and groups ICONA advertises with
- Ensures properties and restaurants are maintaining ICONA brand standards across all public facing collateral
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget
- Performs other related duties as assigned / needed

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
5 years' experience in hospitality marketing
