About Us:
iConcrete Construction is a growing concrete company serving the Greater Buffalo area. We specialize in residential and commercial concrete projects and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead one (or a) team, oversee projects, and ensure exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a crew of finishers and laborers on-site.
- Read blueprints, interpret job plans, and ensure proper execution.
- Oversee formwork, pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
- Assist the office to coordinate scheduling, materials, and job site logistics.
- Maintain and enforce workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skills, productivity & team collaboration.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and management for smooth project execution.
- Regularly participate in the development of new techniques and systems to improve the teams.
Requirements:
✔ 5 years of experience in concrete construction (with 2 years as a foreman).
✔Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔Proficiency with concrete finishing, forming, and site prep.
✔Ability to troubleshoot job site challenges and ensure project efficiency.
✔Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✔OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred but not required).

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
