WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
Picture this: your day begins with a warm welcome to our office, where you'll assist customers in designing cabinetry layouts, creating remodel designs, and generating estimates. Your creative flair will shine as you make their visions come to life. You'll maintain finishes budgets, create design concepts with finish selections and furnishings, and even make site visits as needed. At Iconic Construction LLC, every day is a new canvas for your innovative designs.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
We're looking for someone who meets the following:
- Hustle, Excellence, Attitude & Teachability
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Design and remodel experience, at least 3 years is preferred
- Experience pricing kitchens, baths, flooring, and basement remodels
- Experience with construction documents for permit submittals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in Revit Drafter and 2020 Live Design
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects
- Physical ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Valid driver's license
