What You'll Do :

• Analyze existing datasets to map and assess ICONIQ's global network, providing insights to inform strategies for community engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams across the firm in harnessing the power of our collective network, identifying opportunities for strategic introductions and connections, invitations to unique events, and pinpointing levers for community expansion.
• Collaborate with internal technology team to help build and manage our Salesforce customization projects and identify / implement other relevant systems, while maintaining data integrity and best practices for scalability.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports that highlight network status, success stories, and value creation ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of network processes, data flow, and project requirements to streamline future initiatives.

Location : Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range : ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
