Our Client, a Staffing company, is looking for Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist for their Troy, Michigan location
Responsibilities :
- Primarily ensures accurate and timely entry of client billing including verifying bill rates and hours.
- Acknowledges, reviews, and answers incoming emails regarding billing in a timely manner.
- Researches and resolves any billing discrepancies independently or with other departments when required.
- Enters corrections and adjustments into the client system and / or accounting system to ensure accurate payments from the client.
- Completes checklists to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and by weekly and / or monthly due dates.
- Audits existing bill rates within accounting system to ensure billing accuracy.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
