Our Client, a Farm and Ranch products Retailer company, is looking for a National Marketing Coordinator for their Brentwood, TN / Hybrid location.
Responsibilities : Responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow ups, answering buyers questions, attending meetings and taking notes / reporting back on notes, coordinate photo shoots, etc. This person will be an interactive member of the team and this is not a behind the desk job. They should be well spoken, and organized.Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categoriesCoordinate and implement "marketing request forms," coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basisCompile and manage project timelines and task listsProofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracyMay perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of Marketing experienceBachelor's degree, prefer 1-3 years' work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environmentAny suitable combination of education and experience will be consideredDemonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skillsOutstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlinesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partnersAbility to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network.Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience with AsanaExperience in TableauAny Campaign Marketing experienceAdobe experience
