The Position:

TruStar Marketing is seeking an Account Coordinator for its rapidly growing digital marketing, branding, web development, and analytics firm based in Brentwood, TN.

The Account Coordinator plays a vital support function as part of the TruStar Marketing account management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support for Senior/Account Executives for current and new clients. The coordinator handles routine client inquiries, provides timely project updates, and coordinates deliverables by scheduling tasks, tracking deadlines, and preparing necessary materials. Compiling performance data and assisting in the creation of client-facing presentations and reports, you help maintain transparency and keep projects on track, allowing account managers to focus on strategic priorities and relationship-building with clients. In this growth position, you will also be trained and learning for your own career progression.

The Account Coordinator also manages administrative items, including meeting notes creation and distribution, schedules, and document updates. Account Coordinators are not alone – as they collaborate closely with TruStar Marketing’s digital marketing, creative, analytics, and web development teams. Account Coordinators also work in the latest CRM and marketing automation technologies. Ideal candidates bring client-facing marketing administrative experience, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency with digital marketing software, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

· You love learning and delivering marketing results.

· You thrive where there are multiple campaigns moving with deadlines...and you are key in managing them.

· You communicate well in meetings, are well written, and present yourself in a professional manner.

· You ask clarifying questions to ensure your full understanding of goals, challenges, and opportunities, and you can share insights when you relay this information to the team.

· Then, you meet with your TruStar team to collaboratively design strategies and tactics to achieve their goals. You think this type of innovation is fun.

· You are thoughtful, and care for clients and work on words because words matter, and small changes can have a big impact.

· Your project management skills are on point, and you are agile and have a positive personality. You are accustomed to working in Project Management Platforms such as Wrike, Monday, or similar.

· As an expert communicator, you enjoy figuring out the best ways to present information and work with team members to constantly improve.

· You are great at establishing schedules and managing the expectations of clients and TruStar team members. And you present data and strategies clearly in well written Power Points or other preferred programs.

You Should Apply if you:

· Have 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.

· Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or related field.

· Have a solid understanding of digital marketing and its tools such as Google Suite, social media (Paid and Organic), Looker Studio, Office 365, and related platforms.

· Enjoy working in contemporary team project platforms like Monday, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and others.

· Have experience with CRM’s such as Salesforce or HubSpot and others, as well as CMS’s such as WordPress or similar platforms.

· Are highly organized and process driven/process receptive.

· Can get work done across teams on time and on budget.

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

· Tend to under promise and over deliver.

· Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and our team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
