The Telecommunications engineer IV will be responsible for architecting and implementing the VOIP infrastructure, as well as ongoing management of it.
The candidate should have in depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Technologies.
Problem solving ability will be crucial to this role. Providing support to our end users/customers will be vital.
They should have basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and how VOIP relies on it.

Cisco experience is a must. Specifically, Cisco call manager experience (could be responsible for upgrading cluster of 8 devices to new call manager software)
Should be familiar with designing, architecting and engineering in a voice environment as well as cisco trunking.
At least 5 years’ experience required. (Will only consider less than 5 years if resume is exceptional)
Will be a Senior member of the team responsible for leading and helping 3 junior members further their skills as well as helping to support 60 global sites.
College Degree required (preferably in a relative field of study)
Customer service skills important (their clients are their customers, so they are looking for someone with excellent customer relations skills)
