Job Description:
The Accounting and Finance Lead will play a crucial role in supporting Senior Management in making key business decisions, managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and ensuring compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital, monitor cash flow, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and develop internal controls.
- Leadership and Team Development: Provide guidance and supervision to finance teams, promote professional development, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
