Job Summary
Provides first class support to the project operations team from project inception to the final closeout stages. This role will provide diverse exposure to all stages of the project life cycle with an extreme upside for professional growth in the industry. Must be a motivated, self-thinker with the ability to quickly adapt to a fast changing environment and pro-actively provide support to the iConstructors operations team, clients and subcontractors.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an iConstructors Project Coordinator you will work closely with our Project Management team and be responsible for the following duties:
· Build and process internal Commencement forms in a prompt accurate timely fashion
· Setup new project shells in Jonas upon direction from Business Unit VP/PM’s
· File Notice to Owner on behalf of iConstructors relating to owner/client
· Assist Project Management during buyout stage- scope definitions, invitations to bid, bid communications and securing SOV’s upon project award
· Provide iConstructors COI’s as per requests from clients and ownership
· Process all contract work orders and change management- PCO’s, SCO’s and OCO’s
· Update Project Log and follow up every Friday with PM’s on all outstanding items
· Verify all subcontractors are registered to existing permits once permit is secured by Marta
· Project Document Management- RFI’s, RFP’s, Submittals, and complete ownership of project folders verifying all project documents are saved in a company wide universal neat structure: Executed Owner Contract, Owner Change Orders, Subcontract Change Orders, Final Internal Cost Budgets and executed subcontracts
· Order all Site Services for PM’s-Dumpsters, Temp Toilets, Safety Supplies, Aerials and Signage
· Project Closeout Manuals/Warranties
· Upload all plans and documents into Build/Plan Grid
· Verify daily logs, project report cards and toolbox topics are completed and distributed to the appropriate team members in a timely manner
· Assist project management with material ordering, tracking and identifying potential subcontractor scope gaps or material delays deviating from schedule
· Attend project kickoff meetings if applicable for PM
· Miscellaneous tasks that may periodically come about upon direction from PM
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
