Job Description
Supports all departments- (HR, Manufacturing, Procurement, finance etc. ).
The company as a whole is deficient in Project management and looking to expand that team Business PM who will represent business
- Experienced PM who worked with major transformation projects for either HR/ Finance/Procurement
- Solid experience standing up Global/ Regional Organization.
- Full round E2E Experience for major transformation projects.
- Have solid knowledge to work with different teams around the globe.
- PMI preferred 10 - 15 plus years of Experience
- Need to work with different functions like HR/Procurement/Finance/IT/Documentation
- Need to have excellent communication skills./ Solid stakeholdering
- Need to understand the business need and work with IT/Communication/Documentation and other teams to plan/build/execute the transformation project.
- Some experience in Procurement is a plus
- Program and Project management on the business side full cycle
- Self starter- who know the business process
- Ability to influence and nudge management teams on pm processes
- Have the ability to coach, guide and train management teams on what program and project management entails and why it is necessary
- BE able to utilize the pm skills in different set ups and be flexible
- Be a consultant and PM and processes
- work with several departments nationally and globally
- Identify who needs to be engaged and why
- They want someone to be a business partner (consultant/PM)
- Ability to do Executive level presentations 1 to 2 slides - good storyteller
- excellent communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
