Marketing Sales Manager – Industrial Staffing Company
Salary: $70,000 base, and up, based on demonstrated success

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate new business in the industrial staffing sector.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in industrial firms.
- Lead efforts to expand the company’s national footprint by developing targeted marketing initiatives and networking at trade associations and industry events.
- Team Leadership & Internal Management:
- Provide daily oversight of the internal marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance and foster team development.
- Develop performance metrics and oversee staff management to ensure the team is meeting business objectives.
- National Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement new marketing initiatives to drive national expansion.
- Work with marketing teams to execute campaigns tailored to the industrial staffing market.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 12-25 years of sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record in the staffing industry (preferably in heavy industry or a related field).
- Proven success in managing teams, with daily oversight of internal staff.
- Experience developing and leading national marketing initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing internal teams and overseeing their day-to-day activities.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to attend, network, and build relationships at trade associations and industry events.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and drive business results.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $75,000.00 and up
- Commission Plan: Generous commission structure based on sales performance
