Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content (text, images, video, infographics) for multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Curate content from relevant sources to share with the audience, maintaining a balanced mix of promotional and informative content.
- Manage the company’s social media calendar, ensuring timely posting and promotions.
- Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote services, events, and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor social media activities, incorporating insights into strategy.
- Optimize social media channels and posts for better visibility and engagement.
- Track performance and analyze campaign results to continuously improve future strategies.
- Community Management:
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on all social media platforms.
- Build and nurture an engaged online community by actively interacting with followers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage brand reputation by addressing feedback and concerns professionally.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with the marketing, public relations, and creative teams to ensure content aligns with broader company goals.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations for campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:
- Keep current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand innovative and competitive.
- Coordinate events
- Implement new features and platforms as appropriate for the company’s needs.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns:
- Assist in the creation and execution of paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and adjust paid campaigns for performance and budget optimization.
- Photography and Video:
- Help capture our events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media marketing or community management.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh, innovative content ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze social media data and create actionable insights.
- Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest trends, algorithms, and social media best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a management company or corporate setting.
