What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at ICR Services?
We are currently seeking an Account Manager who is responsible for providing onsite support according to the customer’s scope of work as well as expanding ICR business footprint with customers at their designated location.
Essential Duties
- Provide onsite support that meet/exceed customer expectations
- Build effective business relationships with customer representatives
- Present monthly and quarterly metrics to customer
- Expand ICR business footprint with customer introducing them to all business offerings
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (required)
- Associate degree (preferred)
- 2 years customer service experience or related field
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
