Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Inside Sales Associate generates leads, qualifies potential customers through phone calls and emails, and closes sales by presenting products or services pertaining to healthcare contractors and hospital facilities/maintenance personnel when following Infection Control Risk Assessments in hospitals. Managing customer relationships and achieving sales quotas within a designated territory, often utilizing a CRM system to track sales activity and progress.
Key responsibilities of ICRA Solutions LLC’s Inside Sales Associate:
Lead generation:
Actively reach out to potential customers through cold calls, email campaigns, and other digital channels to identify qualified leads.
Qualifying leads:
Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Product demonstrations:
Conduct virtual presentations to showcase product features and benefits to prospective clients.
Sales pipeline management:
Track sales opportunities through a CRM system, ensuring leads progress through the sales cycle efficiently.
Customer interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about products and services.
Negotiation:
Discuss pricing and terms with potential customers to close deals while meeting company objectives.
Closing sales:
Persuade customers to make a purchase decision and complete the sales process.
Account management:
Maintain relationships with existing clients, address their needs, and identify upselling opportunities.
Reporting and analysis:
Track key sales metrics, generate reports on sales activity, and identify areas for improvement.
