iCST is growing and planning to expand its sales organization and would like to hire a successful IT staffing salesperson.
The primary focus of the Sales / Business Development Manager / Headhunter is to identify and qualify prospective leads to develop new business partnerships with client companies and gain business.
Required Skills :
- 5 years of sales experience in IT staffing. Anyone having lesser experience will not be considered.
- Ability to perform a high-volume number of cold contacts to potential clients
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to drive results that are beneficial to our clients and our company
- Knowledge of IT and or Software industries
