Duties
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals within your designated territory.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking customer interactions, managing accounts, and reporting on sales activities.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate software solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with inside sales teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account management tasks.
Skills
- Technical sales experience with a focus on technology products or software solutions is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience in inside sales is a plus, showcasing versatility in different sales environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
