Advanced Power Apps and Power Platform skills are essential to modernize, consolidate, and optimize applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Rationalization: - Develop and execute plans to simplify and modernize the application portfolio using Power Apps and the Power Platform.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, or replace applications.
Program Management: - Lead rationalization projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement solutions effectively.
Power Platform Support: - Design and deploy Power Apps to support application rationalization.
- Use tools like Power Automate and Power BI for process automation and insights.
Application Portfolio Assessment: - Analyze the current portfolio to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Create dashboards to track application performance, cost, and usage.
Communication: - Present progress and recommendations to leadership.

Experience: - 7 years in program management, application portfolio management, or business/application architecture.
