  • Assist the estimating team with daily administrative duties, ensuring all processes are running smoothly.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Attend regular team meetings and record accurate notes, documenting key points and actions.
  • Regularly update the weekly bid list and ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Download, organize, and manage plans and specifications from relevant databases.
  • Contact General Contractors (GCs) to collect missing information for ongoing bids.
  • Enter proposal details into online portals to ensure timely submission.
  • Monitor bid lists for any changes, addendums, or updates, notifying the estimator accordingly.
  • Manage and update the estimating team’s bid calendar in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Complete necessary contractor prequalification forms as part of the bidding process.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Adobe and/or Bluebeam software for managing plans and documents.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
  • Basic mathematical abilities to support bid calculations and tracking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with the team and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
