What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
- Sell and promote tours, providing detailed information to customers
- Manage crowd flow and help organize guests for tours or gondola rides
- Answer questions and provide exceptional guest service
- Assist with paperwork and ensure smooth tour check-ins
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluent in English – Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ 5 years’ experience in customer service or sales within the tourism industry
✅ Physically capable – Must be able to stand for long periods on concrete and walk up to 5 miles daily on uneven terrain
✅ Resilient & Adaptable – Work long hours in changing weather conditions, including frequent shifts outdoors in the rain
