What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide friendly and engaging customer service to every guest.
✅ Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promotions and merchandise.
✅ Assist with merchandising, displays, store cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
✅ Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately and efficiently.
✅ Ensure compliance with pricing, signing, and loss prevention policies.
✅ Work as a team to create a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Retail, sales, or cash handling experience required. Prefer 5 years.
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 lbs.
✔ Willingness to work extended hours during peak season.
✔ Comfortable working in an unheated building and varying weather conditions.
✔ Willingness to live and work in a remote, rural community and travel by small plane or ferry.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to walk or drive on gravel roads in inclement weather.
