What You'll Do :
- Greet and interact with visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote and sell tours, excursions, and local products to cruise ship guests and independent travelers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and expert product knowledge.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Be a positive representative of Icy Strait Point and Hoonah’s culture and values.
