As Fleet Service Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, while embracing the spirit of Alaska’s rugged and remote landscape.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and Manage : Oversee a team of mechanics to maintain, repair, and inspect vehicles, boats, and motorized equipment.
- Plan and Organize : Manage budgets, schedule preventative maintenance, and source parts competitively.
- Be Hands-On : Step into mechanic duties as needed while maintaining an organized, efficient shop.
- Track and Report : Maintain Fleetio records, inventory systems, and ensure DOT compliance.
