First Shift - Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm Work Travel : 20% domestic travel Network Design and Management : Plan, design, and implement scalable network solutions to support business needs. Manage and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Configure and optimize network performance and reliability. Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to the network infrastructure. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues. Implement and enforce network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection / prevention systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures. Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and project progress. Mentor and guide junior IT staff. Collaborate with IT and business teams to support organizational goals and projects. Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Strong understanding of wireless network design and management. Familiarity with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (Zscaler, Cisco AnyConnect) and remote access solutions.
