Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE: Saint Alphonsus has an opportunity available for an Executive Assistant to support executive leaders of the recently, awarded BEST Largest Employers, (Forbes), Saint Alphonsus. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Greet and screen visitors and telephone calls. Coordinates and attends Senior Management Team meetings and retreats. Prepares, assembles and distributes all materials, packets, agendas for Senior Management Team meetings. Board and its Committees. Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Anticipates needs of assigned Executives for various meetings, assembling needed background information and alerting Executives to needed preparation, issues to be faced and background of potential questions. Use Word and Excel for document creation and tracking. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. Seven years of secretarial experience with five years at the executive level required. Critical thinking skills; decisive judgment. Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and take appropriate action. Intermediate/advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office. Hours: 730a-4p preferred, M-F.
