Job Title: Retirement Plan Specialist (RPS)
We are a wealth management and retirement plan consulting firm seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retirement Plan Specialist (RPS). As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial wellbeing by executing on new business development initiatives, client relationship management, retirement plan consulting, financial planning, and providing exceptional client service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute new business development initiatives to grow our client base
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to meet their needs
- Develop and implement retirement plans that align with clients' goals and objectives
- Support client plan review and education meetings, meeting preparation, and follow-up
- Onboard new clients, facilitate participant rollovers, and complete tasks for existing clients
- Collaborate with the client service team to ensure seamless day-to-day service requests
Requirements:
- College Bachelor's degree
- S65 or S66 license preferred
- 3 years of experience in the retirement plan industry
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Products
