Job Overview:
As an Administrative Specialist focusing on Enrollment Advising and Student Records, you will play a crucial role in managing student enrollment processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to prospective and current students. You will work closely with students to guide them through the enrollment process by promoting our programs' benefits and managing their records efficiently. This role combines administrative expertise, customer service excellence, and a commitment to student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Advising:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current students, guiding them through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism.
- Confidently communicate the features and benefits of our programs to prospective students.
- Handle high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing accurate and timely information.
- Administrative and Student Records Management:
- Develop, manage, and maintain accurate and detailed student records, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Utilize scheduling and CRM systems to coordinate complex and dynamic student schedules.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in records and schedules.
- Adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies as required.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to company goals through collaboration.
- Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with students, clients, and vendors.
- Represent the company professionally at vendor events and career fairs as needed.
