What are the responsibilities and job description for the Producer- Training position at Idaho Central Credit Union?
Overview
Manage all aspects of video creation projects. Create, edit, develop, and maintain credit union video media.
Responsibilities
· Manage training video requests in all project stages, from ideas to filming and post-production.
· Provide creative guidance to internal clients to ensure the most engaging video content possible.
· Edit video content using Premiere Pro editing software. Experience with After Effects a plus, but not required.
· Create video content. Experience as a videographer required. Experience with audio and lighting a plus, preferred.
· Help maintain training and video production equipment.
· Role-specific duties:
· Manage assigned video requests and all details of video projects. (Scheduling, filming, editing, etc.)
· Produce engaging videos and eLearning content for a variety of training topics.
· Direct, film and edit videos without a crew (includes audio and lighting).
· Manage a large amount of video content and systems.
· Work with Trainers to update internal training videos as needed after changes are made to company systems and processes, then update videos accordingly.
· Assist managers in development of all video in-house Degree Program and Staff Meeting courses.
· Track and report monthly production results.
· Track and report monthly in-house learning hours.
· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or training experience strongly preferred. Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience identifying training needs. Develop engaging and impactful video content to support the need. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Credit Union team members at all levels. Ability to always maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Performance Standard:
Provide effective and quality video content of all types to new and existing team members as well as ICCU members when necessary. Consistently produce high quality work while keeping up with deadlines. Work with a high level of dependability, maintain a positive attitude. Continually increase job knowledge, have a high level of cooperation with team members and members, and be professional in appearance. Must comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
Physical Requirements:
· Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
· Sit for extended periods of time.
· Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers,
marketing material, etc.
· Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
· Reach keyboards.
· Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
