Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Supervise and lead administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee calendar management for executives and team members, scheduling meetings and appointments effectively.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Available on weekends as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of administrative processes.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred; experience in budgeting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (Basic), and Outlook email.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Basic social media navigation and knowledge.
- Familiar with making website updates on events and public information. Helpful, but not required.
