We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Oversee project scheduling, ensuring that timelines are met and any delays are addressed promptly.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
- Utilize project management software for tracking progress and managing contracts.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding project status, challenges, and resource needs.
- Prepare reports on project progress, including updates on timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and quality control practices.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and software is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $88,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
