We are a well-established Wellness and Bio-identical Hormone Therapy clinic, offering the latest in Hormone Therapy, nutritional analysis, weight loss, disease prevention and anti-aging.

The right candidate should exhibit a strong desire to continuing education. They should demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient care, be a team player, self-motivated and detail oriented with a polished professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret lab values and conduct scheduled consultation visits with patients
- Request further diagnostic tests as necessary based on patient outcomes or requirements
- Evaluation of patient’s medical history, physical findings and diagnostic/laboratory data
- Initiate and prescribe drug therapies, diet/exercise therapies, hormone replacement therapies or other supplementation
- Perform in-office procedures such as aseptic pellet therapy placement, blood draws, intramuscular and subQ injections, etc
- Actively promote treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- The ability to cross promote all services that we have to offer (i.e. skincare, body sculpting, intimate wellness procedures)
- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings.
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion with patients
- Collaborate with other providers
Requirements
- Must have NP license in the state of Idaho
- A graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Must be comfortable with interpreting and managing male and female hormones
- Observe, abide by and conform to all laws, customs, and practices protocols
- Abide by prevailing national and state professional and ethics standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
