Here Are the Details of Your New Career:

- Engage in regular product and sales training to sharpen your skills, improve your techniques, and increase your earning potential.

- Work 30-40 hours per week, with three to four full workdays scheduled:
- Weekdays: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Most weekends required (because that’s when customers shop). But Sundays are always off.

- Earn $14-$35 per hour through base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Compensation:
- Paid Training to set you up for success.
- Base Pay plus Commission on every sale.
- Monthly bonuses based on store performance.
- Extra SPIFFs (additional commission) on select products.
- Your commission rate grows as you hit revenue milestones.
Your Schedule:
- 3-4 Full days per week on the sales floor (30-40 hours per week).
- Mandatory weekly sales meeting – Every Friday from 7:30 - 8:30 AM.
- Some physical labor required - This role includes unloading shipments a couple times per week at the store for a few minutes, preparing that inventory for the sales floor, and occasionally helping on a delivery.
Stop - Before Applying, You Must:
- Pass a background check.
- Be able to lift a few heavy mattresses (80-150 lbs) daily.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have reliable transportation to get to and from Idaho Falls.
- Provide three to five references upon request.
