Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage a high volume of phone calls and appointment scheduling
- Maintain and organize patient records and information
- Coordinate with providers and medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance verification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or similar role
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and patient interactions efficiently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g., EMR systems)
