About the Company
Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it.
We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the Pacific Northwest.
Since opening in 2011, we have partnered with over 1500 providers throughout our 14 locations, and we are continuing to grow!
About the role
This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly.

Primary responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits
- Scheduling client appointments
- Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
- Client insurance benefits verification
Requirements
What you’ll need to be successful
- Strong work ethic and ownership of your role
- Willingness to work through difficult interactions in mental health office setting
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Professional written and verbal communication with clients and providers
- Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
- Full-time flexibility - we are open Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-8 : 00pm and Saturday 8am-4pm.
- We schedule rotating shifts for the team that provide support for the needs of the office.
- Business hours are : M-F 7am-8pm; S 8-4. We schedule five 8 hour shifts per week, with alternating Saturdays.
