About the Job
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Garden City, Idaho.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle accurate processing of customer credit applications.
- Maintain comprehensive and updated customer credit records.
- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data management.
- Manage Account Coding tasks efficiently.
- Utilize the ADP - Financial Services system as required.
- Handle tasks related to Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Oversee automated clearing house (ACH) operations and accrual accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Account Coding is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is essential.
- Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services is required.
- Must have hands-on experience with Concur.
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability in performing various Accounting Functions.
- Must have substantial experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP).
- Proficiency in Accrual Accounting is a must.
- Auditing skills are highly preferred.
- Experience in Automated Clearing House (ACH) is advantageous.
