This role is responsible for providing data reporting and analytical assistance to our Asset Management team who oversees a client's portfolio of highly structured commercial real estate loans. This role will lead the creation and maintenance of various reports, analysis, presentations, data models, and analytical tools. They will partner closely with other data, reporting, and asset management teams to insure the efficient, accurate and relevant presentation of information. Essential Job Functions : Works with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and translate how technology can be applied for data collection, transformation, analysis, and presentation Analyzes, interprets, and presents data using industry relevant commercial real estate asset management software such as RealINSIGHT Supports the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analytics, dashboards, presentations, etc. that drive meaningful, timely, and actionable insights and can be easily interpreted by users Recommends process improvement opportunities - document current state process and create future state process documentation Maintains and supports databases, including inputting and correcting data, determining formats, researching data conversions, establishing data specifications, configuration / integration, updating sources and ensuring data integrity Builds data collection process, enriches existing in-house data, and works to ensure data quality and completeness.
