What You Can Expect : The Assistant Manger position will work closely with another Assistant Nurse Manager and CST leads. The position will have 30 direct reports. As an Assistant Nurse Manager in the OR, you will work closely with the OR Charge / Board Coordinator to ensure all 8 ORs are running smoothly. The position is expected to take on issues with a can-do attitude. They can expect to collaborate with peri-anesthesia departments to ensure patients are getting the care they need in all phases. They will also work side by side with Sterile Processing to ensure we have instruments and trays for our surgeons. This Assistant Nurse Manager will be expected to create trusting and respectful relationships with all surgeons.
