What You'll Be Doing : Are you an innovative graphic designer with a passion for brand strategy, digital marketing, and audience engagement? If you thrive at the intersection of design, digital, and data, then we have the role for you Evolent is seeking an Associate Director of Design and Digital to join its Marketing team to bring our brand to life through visually stunning design and digital marketing campaigns that inform and engage our audiences. This position is responsible for brand, the creative and design function, and digital marketing platforms and campaigns. This role requires a dynamic self-starter with a strong understanding of brand, design, and digital marketing and the ability to leverage insights to enhance performance and engagement. Position details : Deliver high quality work from concept to production. Projects include but are not limited to brochures, research reports, event branding, social media campaigns, ads, infographics, website graphics, signage, promotional items and more. Serve as the brand expert and steward of brand values and standards. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to develop engaging, relevant, and high-converting content for social media and other platforms.
