We are seeking an experienced Chemical Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment related to the production of custom chemicals used in the fertilizer & mining, industrial minerals, and road construction industries.

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment related to the production of custom chemicals used in the fertilizer & mining, industrial minerals, and road construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining equipment used in the production process, including loading/unloading products, connecting/disconnecting hoses, and transferring materials.
- Verifying chemical formula ratios and material volumes, troubleshooting equipment and processes, and completing paperwork.
- Documenting material transfers, placarding vessels, and calculating/managed/documenting inventory levels.
- Performing quality testing per work instructions, maintaining documentation, and entering quality data into ERP System.
- Ensuring equipment remains in good working order by entering work orders into CMMS.
- Maintaining a clean work area and performing routine housekeeping duties.
- Building shop floor papers, transferring materials, adjusting stock amounts, and receiving materials in ERP System.
- Performing facility upkeep including lawn maintenance and snow removal.
- Using a forklift, pallet jack, or other small industrial equipment to move totes, drums, and equipment.
