**Job Summary**
The Compensation Analyst 2 assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs for SLHS. This is an on-site position located in Boise, Idaho.
The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of compensation programs, including analysis, design, implementation, and administration. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership and employees at all levels.
**Responsibilities**
- Support compensation activities, including analysis, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Handle complex compensation issues, using market data to establish appropriate pay range for positions based on scope and internal equity.
- Participate in compensation surveys, ensuring job matches, and analyze purchased survey results to verify the compensation structure remains competitive.
- Conduct job evaluations on new/existing positions, using market data to determine appropriate pay ranges.
- Assist with annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance, and salary increase programs.
- Participate in compensation projects, providing analysis and recommendations to leadership.
- Write and maintain job descriptions, applying job codes to applicable systems.
- Provide analysis of pertinent salary information to leadership.
- Produce and maintain ongoing reports for HR/Compensation, including cost analysis, salary survey reporting, and decision-making.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.
- 4 years relevant experience.
