Job Title: Construction Laborer
Genuine Builders Inc. is seeking a temporary full-time Construction Laborer to work at a concrete construction site in Rupert, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the site for placing of concrete by loading and unloading materials
- Digging and leveling the earth
- Placing strengthening materials in concrete
- Lifting, carrying and setting concrete forms
Requirements:
- 3 months of experience required
- Must be able to handle temperature extremes
- Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. for 50 yards
Working Conditions:
- Some weekends work
- Will travel to worksites within the area of intended employment
Compensation:
- $21.27/hr
- Approx. 40 hours/week, from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime available at $31.91/hr
Benefits:
- Housing provided as an option to employees living outside the regular commuting distance
- Optional daily transportation provided from and to worksite
Reimbursement:
- Cost of transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed in the first workweek
- Transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work will be reimbursed if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period
