Job Description:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise, answering questions about products, and providing information on store policies and procedures, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and efficient operations, utilizing basic math concepts and accuracy when handling cash and operating a cash register.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
