Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding order fulfillment experiences. This includes assisting customers in the lot, answering their questions on product order status, handling cash management, and program compliance. Direct customer or vendor interaction may be required for this position.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. To succeed in this position, you must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and productively with little/some supervision. You should be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity at all times.
