About the Role:
As an Executive Business Development Lead for Premium Beef Products at J.R. Simplot Company, you will be responsible for spearheading the launch and market introduction of our high-end beef product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to ensure the successful launch of our premium beef product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, sales, logistics, and customer experience to ensure seamless execution of the product launch plan
- Identify and research potential business opportunities, target markets, and key decision-makers within those organizations
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at potential client organizations
- Drive top-line growth through sales of additional brands that complement our bell curve of animal grades
Requirements:
- 10 years related experience in the meat industry or with food service or retail experience
- Familiarity with product management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in digital marketing and lead generation strategies
