Job Description The investigative Analyst monitors account activity to identify fraudulent financial transactions and violations. Secures accounts to prevent losses. Works with internal departments to validate that charges are authorized. Works with merchants to resolve customer service issues or fraudulent activity. Maintains merchant processing statistics and records. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Typically, three to five years of related work experience Preferred Skills / Experience Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions to answer recurring questions and use as a guide in solving similar problems or situation Experience with loss mitigation Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications Technical or trade school certificate in business or computer science preferred The role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.?
