Job Title: Mechanic - Fleet Maintenance
This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of all truck stock in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain all trucks in accordance with DOT standards; ability to operate all types of trucks.
- Repack cylinders and weld as needed.
- Use the parts and service manuals for repairs needed; identify and order parts.
- Learning troubleshooting techniques on new equipment.
Requirements:
- A High school diploma or equivalent.
- A Valid drivers license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cummins Diesel Technician certificate.
- Air-brake certification.
- Basic computer skills desirable.
