Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment including rubber tire loaders, track backhoes, rubber tire backhoes, trucks, compaction equipment, all terrain forklifts, and winter weather thawing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair equipment according to manufacturer's instructions
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any issues to management
• Promote a safe working environment and communicate hazards to colleagues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Knowledge of maintenance procedures for various types of construction equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
