The Senior Designer Architectural is responsible for workingunderneath the supervision of Architects and Engineers toassist in the drafting and design of buildings and otherstructures and mentoring interns. The Senior DesignerArchitectural will have three main customers : the Client,Discipline Design Leads, and Exyte Management team. Willinterface daily primarily with internal stakeholders, includingbut not limited to : Project Management Team, Architects,Design Leads, QA / QC Manager, and the Architectural DisciplineLead.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAssists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics usingcommon softwareGuides and oversees the team to achieve the correcttechnical solutions to difficult design and client problems aswell as mentoring interns and junior members of project teamsPerforms duties of Autodesk Building Systems Softwareoperator as neededCoordinates and reviews architectural drawings and modelsfor completeness, constructability and coordinationCollaborates with design and technical teams whilesupporting or leading the development of design deliverablesfrom studies to Construction Documents, including drawings andspecificationsUnderstands Standard Installation Details, client BIMstandards, industry drafting and design standardsMaintains primary accountability for all architecturaldesigns, sharing engineering responsibilityOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intendedto describe the essential job functions required of thoseassigned to this job.
