As part of the Program Management team, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to chip in to the Oracle Cloud success every day, working closely with the development partners. As a Program Manager, you will take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces while identifying process gaps and working to drive closure. You will collaboration with management and department leaders, performing an array of business operations functions from leading project deliverables, generating communications and presentations, and planning and coordinating meetings. You will drive program schedules from design to launch, communicate to partners and senior leaders, all while gaining a deep understanding of OCI processes and teams to be able to drive the direction of the cross-functional / cross-service projects. The ideal candidate is a technical program manager with very strong hands-on project management skills and 10 years of diverse experience running the delivery of both software and infrastructure projects.
